UMARA Gel

U GEL is our self-composed energy gel. With a composition of 50/50 between energy and liquid, it is easy-flowing and provides 30g of carbohydrates + electrolytes, with the same stomach-friendly carbohydrate composition of 1:0.8 as U SPORT has.

Available in Peach, Mango, Forest Berries and Blackcurrant.

The Forest Berries and Blackcurrant flavours have 30mg of caffeine, which is an adapted amount of caffeine to maintain the levels in the body when consuming 1-2 caffeine-rich gels per hour.

How to use:

Recommended dosage is 1-3 gels per hour, which gives 30-90g of carbohydrates per hour.
The gel is easy-flowing, so you do not need to drink water in connection with intake. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

U GEL Raspberry is a 300ml raspberry refill gel, which contains 6 doses/gel.

The gel is easy-flowing, so you do not need to drink water in connection with intake. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat ( Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

The U Gel Raspberry 300ml package contains 6 doses . It is perfect to use as a refill and pour into you flask or bladder. Alternatively, you can have it as the " One gel to rule them all " stuffed in your waist belt or on your hydration vest during your long runs.
